2. About the Service

Mosaicify Studio is a browser-based photo mosaic generator that allows users to create photo mosaics from images of their choosing. The Service is currently offered free of charge, although we reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium services, or subscription plans in the future.

By using the Service to create mosaics from your images, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained valid licenses for all User Content
• Your use of the content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content is legal and does not violate any applicable laws
• You are responsible for any consequences of using the content

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mosaicify Studio for personal or commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or create derivative works
• Reproduce or duplicate the Service
• Redistribute or resell the Service

7. Image Processing and Privacy

Mosaicify Studio is designed to process all images locally on your device. Images are NOT uploaded to our servers for mosaic generation. Your images remain private and under your control.

However, you acknowledge that:

• We may collect anonymized usage analytics about the Service
• Our hosting and content delivery providers may log technical information
• Third-party services may collect data according to their own policies
• You are responsible for the privacy and security of your own device

8. Third-Party Content and Services

Mosaicify Studio may integrate with or link to third-party services, APIs, and content providers. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services
• Any content, data, or services provided by third parties
• Any fees, charges, or terms imposed by third-party providers
